Kronos Acquires OptiLink

Today, Kronos announced their acquisition of OptiLink from the Advisory Board Company. With this acquisition Kronos now adds an acuity-based staffing solution to its healthcare workforce management suite.

OptiLink's assets were acquired in a cash deal but details of the transaction were not fully disclosed.
